Responsibilities

  • To coordinate a team of people with the responsibility to plan the scheduling (short term), guarantee the replenishment of all the packaging and raw materials for the production of the plant
  • To track the Plant performance from Planning standpoint, measuring the Delivery KPI’s and sharing the root causes with the main stakeholders
  • To assure to receive all the components (packaging, raw materials, bulk and semi-finished products) for production (internal and copacking) in the proper quantity and time
  • To guarantee the proper stock level of packaging, semi-finished and raw materials
  • Production Scheduling
  • Material Management
  • Industrial Planning Service & KPI’s
  • People Management
  • Supplier Relationship
  • Monitor the Stock Level of Production Components
  • Management of Communication with Internal and External Departments
  • Claim Management
  • Obsolete Management
  • Quality Food and Safety
  • New Productions and New Materials

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 4-7 years experience
  • People management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Influential & excellent interpersonal skills in relation with senior management & expert business referents
  • Analytical mindset
  • Proactive attitude, high level of autonomy in driving deliverables to execution
  • High standing / authority level
  • MS Office package (mainly in Power Point and Excel)
  • SAP APO, ECC, IBP and BW
  • Production scheduling & Material management processes
  • Local Supply Chain & Plants knowledge
  • Experience in Operations Planning is a plus

About the role

We are seeking a Plant Operation Planning Manager to join our dynamic team in Augusta. This role involves managing the scheduling, material management, and industrial planning services for the plant, ensuring that all components are received in the proper quantity and time. The successful candidate will also be responsible for tracking plant performance, managing communication with internal and external departments, and promoting company guidelines and policies.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, 4-7 years of relevant experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with production scheduling and material management processes, as well as local supply chain and plants knowledge, is preferred.
