Manufacturing Planning Manager

About the role

FCC Commercial Furniture is seeking a Manufacturing Planning Manager to build a modern manufacturing planning function. The role involves establishing a planning process, developing capacity-based planning and production visibility, owning MRP and planning master data, and improving production availability communication. The position also supports ERP planning configuration, improves throughput, planning accuracy, and on-time delivery, and positions planning as a competitive advantage.

Requirements

• 5+ years of manufacturing planning, production planning or master scheduling experience
• ERP/MRP experience
• Knowledge of BOMs, routings, capacity planning and scheduling
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority

Preferred Qualifications

• High-mix discrete manufacturing
• ERP implementation participation
• APICS/ASCM certification
• Leverage of Lean or continuous improvement experience

Pay

$95,000–$125,000 DOE
