Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or Controls Engineering
- 5+ years of engineering experience in the design, analysis, or testing of 12V/48V electrical systems or components
- Proficiency in Synopsys Saber Simulator, MAST modeling language, and electrical data analysis tools, including MATLAB, Simulink, and Simscape
- Experience developing models for Software-in-the-Loop (SiL) simulations
- Experience with Functional Mockup Units (FMUs) and co-simulation
- Hands-on experience with Charge Balance, Fail-Operational, Bus Integrity, Short Circuit, and other 12V/48V component-sizing simulations
- Strong foundation in: Electric circuit analysis and electronics; Electromagnetics and electric drive systems; Control systems and digital signal processing
- Experience in analytical modeling of: Electric generators and batteries; Heating and cooling systems; Lighting systems; Electronic controllers
