Plant Mechanic

About the role

Adonel Concrete, a leading independent concrete and block manufacturing company in South Florida, is seeking motivated sales individuals to join their team in Monroe, Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, and Indian River Counties. The ideal candidate will be well-respected in the construction industry, with a strong drive to work hard and succeed.

Responsibilities

• Sell Ready-Mix Concrete and Concrete Block to customers
• Efficiently identify prospective customers and projects
• Establish new customer accounts and projects in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain business relationships with customers, vendors, and the community
• Meet or exceed sales metrics and forecasted budget
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
• Effectively communicate between departments, including customer service, accounting, and operations
• Assist in the collection of revenue, when necessary

Requirements

• High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 10 years of Outside Sales Experience in the construction industry (concrete industry preferred)
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to efficiently manage time and work independently and with a team
• Ability to build relationships and relate to others
• Valid Driver’s License with a driving record that meets company safety standards
