Ready to take ownership of a plant and make an impact? We're looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead a non-union food manufacturing facility. This is a high-visibility leadership role for someone who thrives on building strong teams, improving operations, reducing waste, and delivering results.
What You'll Do As The Plant Manager
- Lead day-to-day plant operations and production
- Develop, coach, and motivate plant teams
- Drive productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Proactively reduce waste and improve operational performance
- Maintain strong FDA food safety and regulatory compliance
- Lead through seasonal production demands in a 24/7 operation
What We're Looking For In The Plant Manager
- At least 5 years of food/beverage production experience
- At least 5 years of supervisory/leadership experience
- Strong FDA food handling and safety knowledge
- Proven success improving operations and reducing waste
- Hands-on, proactive leadership style
Pay
$130,000 – $170,000 + Benefits + Bonus + Paid Relocation to Texas
