Plant Manager / Turnaround Leader

About the role

The Plant Manager serves as the senior leader of the Miles City repair facility and is accountable for operational performance, customer confidence, workforce engagement, safety, quality, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Multi-shift production teams and supervisor development
• Safety-first culture and regulatory compliance
• Customer relationships and service delivery
• P&L performance, productivity, and cost management

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive industrial, manufacturing, maintenance, or technical operations leadership
• 7+ years managing multi-shift operations
• Experience leading turnaround, transformation, or performance improvement initiatives
• Strong financial and operational acumen
• Rail, heavy equipment, aerospace, automotive, energy, or related industrial experience preferred
