Responsibilities
- Operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Multi-shift production teams and supervisor development
- Safety-first culture and regulatory compliance
- Customer relationships and service delivery
- P&L performance, productivity, and cost management
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive industrial, manufacturing, maintenance, or technical operations leadership
- 7+ years managing multi-shift operations
- Experience leading turnaround, transformation, or performance improvement initiatives
- Strong financial and operational acumen
- Rail, heavy equipment, aerospace, automotive, energy, or related industrial experience preferred
