Qualifications
- 10 or more years of Senior Operations Leadership (Autonomous) experience with proven leadership qualities in 3PL Operations with P&L responsibility, inspirational leadership, and world-class processing standards
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (in Business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Behavioral Science curriculum)

Responsibilities
Leadership & People Management
- Hands-on leader willing to learn all parts of the daily business and drive change management
- Hire, train, and motivate warehouse employees to build bench strength and increase retention by scheduling and providing training for growth and compliance
- Build effective teams and perform employee performance management as required
Customer & Business/Strategy
- High level of customer/business acumen; works directly with all levels of leadership with key customers
- Works daily with the customer onsite to define strategic views ensuring alignment and operational success
- Assists in contract negotiations where applicable
- Outlines strategic initiatives for a 3–5-year outlook and identifies roadmaps for achieving long-term goals
- Supports corporate with labor, OPX expenses, and capital requirements for new business opportunities
- Prepares and maintains plant budgets, focusing on OPEX improvements
- Attends regional and corporate meetings as required
Operations & Process Management
- Manages day-to-day site operations using SAP Warehouse Management System and available production tools
- Ensures organizational KPIs and CPIs are achieved; implements action plans if goals are not met
- Responsible for inventory governance, including KPIs and audits (internal and external)
- Develops and monitors operational site capacity for labor and storage to ensure readiness for current and new projects
- Promotes continuous improvement culture to drive Kaizens and process improvements, focusing on waste elimination
- Ensures preventive and corrective action methods are followed to meet customer requirements
Safety/Compliance
- Develops plans and procedures to ensure the safety of all employees and visitors; corrects incorrect warehouse procedures
- Ensures operations and equipment comply with corporate guidelines and OSHA standards
- Maintains security compliance for ITAR requirements
Skills & Technical Knowledge
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (including Project, Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of basic lean manufacturing principles
- Working knowledge of labor relations, safety programs, ISO standards, and sales functions
