Responsibilities
- Lead all day-to-day manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety requirements.
- Drive operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing, Parker Win Strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish performance metrics and accountability systems to achieve business objectives.
- Drive improvements in productivity, profitability, inventory turns, working capital, and overall operational efficiency.
- Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities while maintaining quality and customer service standards.
- Support capital planning and investment decisions to support future growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
- 5+ years leading managers and cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing a complex manufacturing operation.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and operational excellence systems.
- Proven track record of improving operational performance and developing leadership talent.
