About the role
The Plant Manager I at Vibrantz Technologies is responsible for leading manufacturing operations to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality production outcomes. This role drives operational performance by aligning strategy, people, and processes to meet business goals and customer expectations. The position plays a key role in optimizing productivity, controlling costs, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute manufacturing strategies that drive operational efficiency, cost performance, and growth
- Lead safety, quality, and environmental initiatives to ensure compliance and a strong safety culture
- Optimize production capacity, delivery performance, and overall plant productivity through data-driven decisions
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives using structured methodologies to enhance processes and performance
- Build and develop high-performing teams through talent development, engagement, and succession planning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles within a plant environment or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to lead operations, drive productivity improvements, and manage cost performance
- Knowledge of manufacturing systems, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Experience managing operational metrics and driving continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Preferred qualifications include a degree in engineering, operations management, or a related discipline
- Experience in complex or process-driven manufacturing environments
- Certification or experience in Lean or continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with ERP systems and quality management frameworks
