Plant Manager (CT)

Qualifications

• Strong Plant Management and Plant Operations skills, with experience overseeing day-to-day activities in a manufacturing facility.
• Proficiency in Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations, including resource allocation, workflow optimization, and performance monitoring.
• Experience in Production Planning, scheduling, and coordination to meet delivery targets and customer commitments.
• Knowledge of electronics manufacturing or related industries, including familiarity with PCB assembly and higher-level assemblies.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team development, coaching, and performance management in a plant environment.
• Experience with quality systems and standards (e.g., AS9100 or ISO), and adherence to safety, regulatory, and customer requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a continuous improvement mindset and experience with lean manufacturing or similar methodologies.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, and customer-facing teams.
• Relevant education such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, industrial management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
