Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations, including production, engineering, maintenance, quality, materials, health and safety, and support functions.

Support strategic planning and execution of business initiatives.
Lead process improvement efforts focused on efficiency, waste reduction, cost savings, and operational excellence.
Utilize data and performance metrics to identify opportunities and drive sustainable results.
Support successful product launches, engineering changes, and operational transitions.
Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure business objectives are achieved.

Requirements
Experience in automotive manufacturing REQUIRED.
7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including direct plant management responsibilities.
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence methodologies.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational performance.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and plant performance metrics.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
