About the role
The Plant Manager oversees all operations within the manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with safety standards and production targets.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage team of supervisors and engineers to achieve production goals.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in plant management or manufacturing leadership.
- Proven track record of successful project management.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Experience with ERP systems a plus.
Skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
- $75,000 - $85,000 annually.
