Plant Manager

Essential Job Duties

Reporting to the VP/GM Precision Plastics and Medical Disposables, the Plant Manager also works closely with the local team to develop an operations strategy. This multi-year strategy should embrace the concepts, principles, and philosophies of Lean Manufacturing.

Develops a high performance, leadership-oriented Production Team.

Provides a high level of leadership and management sufficient to motivate, develop, and guide the organization to achieving operational goals and objectives.

Directs operations to ensure compliance with prescribed quality, cost, delivery, and other performance standards. Obtains planned results.

Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction and effective customer relations.

• Fosters an operations environment that provides a safe and environmentally responsible facility.
• Maintains plant property and equipment in good condition to ensure compliance with governmental regulations and to ensure effective and economical operations.
