Plant Manager

About the role

The Plant Manager oversees the daily operations of our Laundry facility, managing employees across production, warehouse, and maintenance departments. Key responsibilities include monitoring production flow, controlling costs, maintaining quality standards, and regulating product inventory.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control production flow
• Manage employee staffing, transfers, promotions, coaching, training, terminations, and reviews
• Control budgets, set schedules, and meet production deadlines
• Develop and implement production-line and staff scheduling
• Utilize lean management techniques with computer controls

Requirements

• At least 1 year of managerial or supervisory experience in a production environment
• Experience controlling budgets, setting schedules, and meeting production deadlines
• Production-line scheduling experience
• Staff scheduling experience
• Leverage lean management principles using computer controls
• Growth-oriented and career-minded
• Strong communication skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
