The role of Plant Manager involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of a manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards, and managing a team of production workers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage a team of production workers, providing guidance and support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
