Plant Manager
About the role
Oversee day-to-day production operations.
Manage all operational KPIs tied to efficiency, quality, safety, productivity, headcount and more.
Manage site level P&L and cost reduction initiatives.
Lead all Lean/CI projects - running with corporate directives but also finding new solutions.
Maintain plant certifications for ISO9001 and IATF16949.
Align plant strategy with corporate and global strategy.
Responsibilities

- Manage all operational KPIs tied to efficiency, quality, safety, productivity, headcount and more
- Manage site level P&L and cost reduction initiatives
- Lead all Lean/CI projects - running with corporate directives but also finding new solutions
- Maintain plant certifications for ISO9001 and IATF16949
- Align plant strategy with corporate and global strategy
Requirements
- 7+ years of manufacturing/plant leadership experience
- Full P&L responsibility
- Ability to lead cross functional teams
- Career focused on Lean/CI/Process improvement
- Ability to communicate with executive leadership on a site and global level
- Experience with New Product Development and Introduction
- Automotive background a plus
- MBA/Advanced degrees a plus
Qualifications
Salary range of $150,000 to $175,000 depending on experience and interviews
15% bonus target
