- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and Total Quality Management (TQM) practices, with a track record of implementing and managing quality control programs.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make critical business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
- Strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance, with a track record of promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
- Proficiency in using various software and technology tools for monitoring and analyzing production metrics.
