Plant Manager

Essential Functions

Directs all functions of facility operations, including Manufacturing, Engineering, Safety, Quality, SCM, OpEx, HR and Finance.
Aligns operational objectives with the overall business objectives to ensure a strategy-focused workforce.
Drives the compliance to the ethics policy and holds others accountable for ethical conduct.
Drives the plant performance as defined by regional and local objectives.
Fosters an environment which promotes Eaton’s goals, encourages continuous improvement, and builds customer relationships.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading people

Position Criteria

• A thorough understanding of financial practices and financial statements
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and successfully lead and implement the change activities
• Working knowledge of information systems, human resources and driving key projects and plant initiatives
• Demonstrated knowledge of the methods and practices supporting manufacturing, materials/purchasing and quality assurance
• Excellent facilitation/coaching skills
• Proven ability to influence and work effectively across all levels in a highly matrixed environment

Compensation

The expected annual salary range for this role is $182000 - $266000 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

This position will be based in Sumter, SC
