Responsibilities
- Champion safety every day

- Maintain strong controls
- Identify and implement upgrades to equipment, processes, and production methods
- Lead and develop the team
- Own capital projects and equipment reliability
- Ensure quality and food safety compliance
- Oversee site performance
- Pitch in where needed
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering (or a related field)
- 8+ years of manufacturing leadership experience (extruded plastics or blown film preferred)
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production environments
- Proven ability to lead teams in medium to large-scale operations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills
