Salary: $140,000.00 USD Annually - $170,000.00 USD Annually

About the role

The Judge Group is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead daily operations, drive continuous improvement, and develop high-performing teams. This role is responsible for overseeing production, maintenance, safety, quality, and operational performance while ensuring efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead all plant operations and production personnel.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish and monitor operational goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Partner with leadership to execute business and growth strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities including manufacturing, engineering, and maintenance.
• Develop, coach, and mentor supervisors and plant employees.
• Ensure product quality standards and customer requirements are consistently met.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of manufacturing leadership experience with progressive responsibility.
• Proven success leading teams in a production environment.
• Strong background in operations management, process improvement, and employee development.
• Experience driving productivity, profitability, and organizational growth.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Lean manufacturing experience preferred.
