About the role

Oversee and lead all operations of a 325-person plastic injection molding facility. Directly manage six production supervisors, one maintenance manager, and one maintenance supervisor. Indirectly supervise approximately 250 hourly employees across three shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive production performance and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with the leadership team to establish, monitor, and achieve KPIs and key operational metrics

Requirements

• Experience in injection molding operations is strongly preferred
• Proven leadership experience managing operations within a larger-sized manufacturing plant
