Plant Maintenance Technician

Job Requirements

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair manufacturing and production equipment during active operations
  • Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
  • Respond quickly to emergency and unplanned equipment failures to reduce production downtime
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards, policies, procedures, and documentation requirements
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and work orders
  • Use hand tools, power tools, meters, welders, torches, and material-handling equipment safely and effectively
  • Weld, fabricate, and install machine components as needed
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in accordance with OSHA and company standards

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Source parts and supplies, obtain vendor quotes, and install replacement components
  • Cookice and communicate with relevant teams to ensure production, quality, and workplace safety goals are met

Qualifications

  • Strong handson industrial maintenance experience, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and welding systems
  • Works effectively under pressure
