Job Requirements
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair manufacturing and production equipment during active operations
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Respond quickly to emergency and unplanned equipment failures to reduce production downtime
- Maintain compliance with safety standards, policies, procedures, and documentation requirements
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and work orders
- Use hand tools, power tools, meters, welders, torches, and material-handling equipment safely and effectively
- Weld, fabricate, and install machine components as needed
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in accordance with OSHA and company standards
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Source parts and supplies, obtain vendor quotes, and install replacement components
- Cookice and communicate with relevant teams to ensure production, quality, and workplace safety goals are met
Qualifications
- Strong handson industrial maintenance experience, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and welding systems
- Works effectively under pressure
