Duties And Or Responsibilities
- Available to work Monday - Friday and weekends as needed.
- Ability to do some travel with overnight.
- Provide basic hand tools, battery and pneumatic and some specialty tools.
- Able to obtain and maintain proper licensures, medical card and acceptable driving record.
- Able to work at heights.
- Perform maintenance and repairs of all types of equipment and / or assist with repairs/improvements/maintenance of equipment to ensure proper safety working conditions.
- Troubleshoot equipment (visually and audibly) maintenance problems to properly diagnose components to determine method and extent of repair necessary.
- Read, interpret, analyze and apply information in technical manuals and schematics.
- Communicate effectively (verbal, listen & written).
- Frequent contact and communication with others within and outside the company.
- Self-motivated, team-player, ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- Properly and safely operate cutting torches and perform welding tasks.
Qualifications
- High school GED equivalent or higher, military, or work experience in related field (Concrete, Construction, Asphalt, Aggregate production).
- Knowledge or Mechanical and/or Electrical plus Welding.
Pay
Salary Range: $25.00-$38.00
Schedule
Hours per week: 40+

About The Role
This position is responsible for safely keeping equipment running and maintained properly throughout Central Region.
Skills
- Ability to operate cutting torches and perform welding tasks.
- Ability to properly and safely operate/use and maintain specialized equipment/tools.
- Ability to drive and maintain mechanics work truck.
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, listen & written).
- Ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment (visually and audibly) maintenance problems to properly diagnose components to determine method and extent of repair necessary.
- Ability to read, interpret, analyze and apply information in technical manuals and schematics.
