• Preventive maintenance program and maintenance of equipment and facilities.

• Maintains all operating equipment in satisfactory condition.

• Schedules needed repairs to have minimum interference.

• Consults with other departments regarding modifications and replacements.

• Coordinates efficient operation of facilities with project engineers.

• Maintains plant transportation equipment.

• Analyzes cost studies and makes recommendations.

• Develops objectives and standards of performance for projects.

• Plans and provides for an adequate supply of spare parts and maintenance supplies.

• Provides leadership and training to MRF Maintenance Technicians.

• Ensures preventative inspections and corrective repairs meet company standards.

Required Qualifications:

• A High School Diploma or G.E.D. (accredited)

• 4 years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional relevant work experience

Pay:

• The expected base pay range for this remote position is $86,000- $106,000.
