Plant Maintenance Manager
Job Description
The Plant Maintenance Manager is to provide a committed and high level of technical service, working in partnership with the Unit Plant Manager and the Quality Manager to produce glass containers at continuously improving levels of quality and efficiency.
- Plan preventive maintenance on equipment, scheduling repairs and upgrades while simultaneously working to maximize plant uptime.
- Aids in implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensures the safety and quality of work performed by maintenance and production personnel.
- Provides a high level of technical service to produce glass containers at continuously improving levels of quality
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or additional training (military, apprenticeship, trade school) is preferred
- Experience in a maintenance leadership position in manufacturing
- Effective communication and people management skills required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel

- Salary Range: The expected salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $110,000 and includes a possible 12% quarterly incentive bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
