Plant Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Promote Safety
• Repair and Maintain Plant Equipment
• Perform cutting, grinding, and welding as needed
• Inspect Equipment and Structures
• Monitor Processes and Materials
• Document and Record Information
• Perform General Physical Activities

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the aggregate or construction industry is preferred
• Knowledge of best practices in industrial maintenance, construction, or aggregate production is preferred
• Flexibility to work overtime and extended hours depending on customer and company demands
• Ability to work outside in all types of weather conditions and tolerate exposure to loud noises
• Some knowledge of industrial tools, their uses, and maintenance
