plant lead, Distribution 2nd Shift

About the role

The role is responsible for managing inventory levels and ensuring that all products are available to customers in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels across all store locations.
• Order products from suppliers based on demand forecasts.
• Ensure that stock is replenished promptly to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize supply chain operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in retail or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with inventory management software.
• Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of financial statements and budgeting.
