Responsibilities

• Work within a team or solo environment as an Ice blast machine operator with responsibility for the operation and maintenance of a robotic dry ice cleaning machine
• Accountable for product safety and the quality of work, including, as a minimum, all elements defined in the Company's Quality Policy
• Follow instructions and operate the ice machines
• Maintain good communication ability and teamwork
• Pay attention to small details
• Use good hand-eye coordination for the operation of cleaning machines and parts
• Look at every part after blasting to see if parts are clean; re-blast if needed
• Detect defective parts
• Operate Tire Presses
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace before and after shift
• Follow established safety rules and regulations
• Ensure all ESH procedures, policies and legal requirements are implemented and monitored

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job posting
• No relocation assistance is offered for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing experience

• New Hires will likely be placed on a shift that includes evenings and weekends
• The job is within a non-climate controlled environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, and noise
• Majority of work completed in a high heat environment
• The role involves various physical tasks, including lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and operating machinery, with comprehensive training provided

Pay

The starting annual salary for this role is $55,683 a year. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
