Program Overview

We are committed to building a strong talent pipeline by investing in early‑career professionals. Summer interns work full‑time (40 hours per week) from May through August. Candidates must be currently enrolled college students actively pursuing a degree to participate in the internship program.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and document new manufacturing process flows.
• Design and prove‑out fixtures.
• Participate in Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA).
• Work on‑site with the New Holland Manufacturing Plant’s New Product Launch Engineering Team for successful product launch.

Experience Required

• Pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technical, Math, or Engineering fields; Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Agricultural Engineering preferred.
• Proficient in daily use of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Pay

The annual salary for this role is USD $23.69 – $27.81 (plus any applicable bonus). Actual salaries will vary based on skill, experience, and qualification. For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range refers to the primary location; a different location’s range will be communicated prior to the first interview.
