Program Overview

We are committed to building a strong talent pipeline by investing in early‑career professionals. Our internship and co‑op programs provide mentorship, training, hands‑on experience, and growth opportunities that empower students to explore their career paths with confidence. Summer interns work full‑time (40 hours per week) from May through August. Candidates must be currently enrolled college students actively pursuing a degree to participate in the internship program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and document new manufacturing process flows.
  • Design and prove‑out fixtures.
  • Participate in Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA).
  • Work on‑site with the New Holland Manufacturing Plant’s New Product Launch Engineering Team for successful product launch.

Experience Required

  • Pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technical, Math, or Engineering fields; Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Agricultural Engineering preferred.
  • Proficient in daily use of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Pay

The annual salary for this role is USD $23.69 – $27.81 (plus any applicable bonus). Actual salaries will vary based on skill, experience, and qualification. For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range refers to the primary location; a different location’s range will be communicated prior to the first interview.
