Here's a thinking process: 1. **Analyze User Input:** - User wants me to reformat a job posting into clean, well-structured semantic HTML. - Rules: - Use `

` for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) - Use `
  • ` for lists of duties/requirements/benefits - Use `

` for prose - Do NOT repeat job title as heading (page already shows it) - Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings - fold minor metadata into short `

` or drop it - Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail - Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions - IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it - never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them - Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones - Output ONLY the HTML fragment - no `/`, no markdown code fences 2. **Identify the Job Posting Content:** Let me extract the relevant parts from the user's input. The input seems to be a mix of company intro and internship posting. I need to parse it carefully. Input text: "About Us Innovation. Sustainability. Productivity. This is how we are Breaking New Ground in our mission to sustainably advance the noble work of farmers and builders everywhere. With a growing global population and increased demands on resources, our products are instrumental to feeding and sheltering the world. Let me restructure mentally what the actual posting sections are: - About Us / Company description - Quality Engineering Intern (job title, but rule says don't repeat as heading) - Intern Program Overview - Key Responsibilities - Experience Required - Preferred Qualifications (maybe) - Pay Transparency (salary range) - What We Offer / Benefits The rules say: - Use `

` for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) - Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) - Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings - Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail - Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions - IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it - never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text, and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them - Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones - Output ONLY the HTML fragment - no `/`, no markdown code fences I need to map the content to these headings, but carefully. The headings suggested are: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But I should use relevant ones from the posting. The posting has: - About Us (company description) - Intern Program Overview - Key Responsibilities - Experience Required - Preferred Qualifications - Pay Transparency (salary) - Benefits The rule says: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". So I can use those exact or similar headings, but only if there's real content. Also: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)" - so I shouldn't have an `

    Quality Engineering Intern

` because that's the job title. I should fold it into content or drop it, but the instruction says "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So maybe I can include the job title in a `

` or as part of the context, but not as an `

` heading. Let's parse each section: "About Us Innovation. Sustainability. Productivity. This is how we are Breaking New Ground in our mission to sustainably advance the noble work of farmers and builders everywhere. With a growing global population and increased demands on resources, our products are instrumental to feeding and sheltering the world. From developing products that run on alternative power to productivity-enhancing precision tech, we are delivering solutions that benefit people – and they are possible thanks to people like you. If the opportunity to build your skills as part of a collaborative, global team excites you, you’re in the right place. Grow a Career. Build a Future! Be part of this company at the forefront of agriculture and construction, that passionately innovates to drive customer efficiency and success. And we know innovation can’t happen without collaboration. So, everything we do at CNH Industrial is about reaching new heights as one team, always delivering for the good of our customers." This is the "About Us" / company description. I'll use `

    About the company

    ` or `

    About the role

`? The suggested headings include "About the role". But this is more about the company. I'll use `

    About the company

    ` or maybe just `

    About Us

`. The rule says use `

` for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It lists examples. I think I can use "About the company" or stick to the examples. To be safe, I'll use headings that match the content and the examples. Maybe "About the role" is for the job description, but this is company info. I'll use `

    About the company

` but wait, the rule says the examples are just examples. I'll use `

    About Us

    ` or `

    About the company

`. Actually, the rule says: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". I'll map the posting sections to these or similar, but only where there's real content. Let's list posting sections with content: 1. Company/About section: The long intro about Innovation, Sustainability, Productivity, Breaking New Ground, farmers, builders, etc. 2. Intern Program Overview: mentorship, training, hands-on experience, competitive wages, networking, social/volunteer activities, professional development, housing support, summer interns full-time May-August, candidates must be currently enrolled college students. 3. Key Responsibilities: support manufacturing operations, 100% on site, root cause problem solving, process improvement, quality tools, statistical control, technology development, process development and documentation. 4. Experience Required: pursuing minimum Bachelor's in Engineering, Science, Technology or Math; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 5. Preferred Qualifications: The text says "Preferred Qualifications" but then immediately goes to "Pay Transparency". Actually, looking at the text: "Preferred Qualifications Pay Transparency The annual salary..." It seems like "Preferred Qualifications" might be a heading, but the content under it is actually the salary info. Let me re-read: "Experience Required Candidates must be pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Technology or Math related fields of study. Proficient in daily use of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook. Preferred Qualifications Pay Transparency The annual salary for this role is USD $23.69 - $27.81 plus any applicable bonus..." So "Preferred Qualifications" is a heading, but there's no content under it except "Pay Transparency". That's tricky. The rule says: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them" and "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". So if "Preferred Qualifications" has no actual qualifications listed, just leads to Pay Transparency, I might need to handle it carefully. Maybe I should not include a "Preferred Qualifications" heading if there's no content, or fold it into something else. The text after "Preferred Qualifications" is "Pay Transparency The annual salary...". So "Preferred Qualifications" might be a heading with no sub-items, or the salary is under it. I'll treat "Pay Transparency" as a separate section with the salary content, and skip "Preferred Qualifications" if there's no actual qualifications listed. 6. Pay Transparency: annual salary USD $2
