Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, and layouts
- Design and implement production systems that improve efficiency, quality, and sustainability
- Lead and execute capital projects from concept through installation
- Apply best practices, new technologies, and industry trends
- Provide engineering support to production and maintenance teams
- Support continuous improvement and quality management initiatives
Qualifications
- B.S. in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering required
- 1–5 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience with AutoCAD and 2D/3D CAD modeling
- Working knowledge of low voltage electrical systems, controls, and mechanical equipment layout
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Flexible schedule availability
- Frequent travel: valid driver’s license required
Work Environment
- Manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, dust, temperature changes, and moving equipment
- Ability to work around heights, lift up to 25 lbs regularly, and comply with all safety and PPE requirements
