Plant Engineer (Associate – Senior)

Job Summary

This position works with guidance from the supervisor to prepare and present routine reports and occasionally lead routine problem-solving efforts. The position will maintain effective working relationships with others.

Key Accountabilities

• Performs assigned task with guidance from supervision
• Assemble and collate issue specific information to support studies
• Assist in organization and occasionally lead assigned projects
• Comply with safety policy and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Prepare and present routine reports
• Participate in special projects, committee assignments and routine problem-solving efforts as requested
• Help track the LRP Budget for Stryker Creek and Trinidad plants
• Support all engineering requests from Stryker Creek and Trinidad plants
• Travel will be expected between Stryker Creek and Trinidad plants weekly
• Support outage planning and execution at Stryker Creek and Trinidad plants

Education, Experience, and Skill Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial, Nuclear)
• 2 yrs. related job experience OR experienced gained through college degree programs/certifications
• Must be available and able to work overtime as assigned
• Level of position will be determined by applicable skills/experience
