Plant Controller

Main responsibilities

• Daily follow up of main KPIs : Production Mhs , Sales , Stock level , HC Daily check of actual impact on P&L : HC, PPV , Stock reval , Small tools , Material Master data...
• Management requests.
• PL analysis and check posting with accounting team. Report the deviation analysis vs FCT and Budget with management.
• Respect budget preparation process and deadlines. Analyzing the discrepancies between the actual and budget data.
• Analyzing the results at each month end and share it with BU.
• Share with YC controlling team all needed data and analysis.
• Collect data needed for Forecast preparation Analyze figures and adjust accordingly Approve Forecast result with Plant Manager Forecast submission Prepare report of deviation between forecast and budget and previous forecast
• Collections all needed data from other departement, consolidate, Analyze and confirm the PCC with plant manager. Prepare with management team the MTP yearly.
• Ensure compliance with quality requirements and standards. Preparation of requested reports from Management / Plant / BU.

Qualifications

• Level of studies: Master's degree in finance, accounting, Controlling fields or equivalent.
• Experience: 4 years of experience in similar area (Industrial area is preferable).
• Languages: Fluent in English. (Good knowledge in accounting and finance)
