Plant Associate

Role: The Plant Associate is responsible for safely unloading waste from vehicles, decontaminating vehicles, and staging waste for scanning and processing. Responsibilities: Unload waste, separate non-autoclavable waste, scan waste into the Biotrack system, load waste for processing, operate tub wash units, decontaminate vehicles, and maintain a clean work environment. Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience, preferably in a plant environment, with effective communication skills and knowledge of safety protocols. A valid driver's license is preferred. Physical Requirements: Standing, lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching, grasping, walking, and working in indoor and outdoor conditions, including inclement weather. Key Duties: Ensure safety compliance, operate equipment, handle waste and reusable containers, and report vehicle readiness.
