Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and plant performance reports
- Monitor inventory, cost accounting, and manufacturing variances
- Aid in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Reconcile accounts and support month-end and year-end close processes
- Analyze operational data and provide recommendations to management
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Mechanical or plant accounting experience preferred
- Experience with cost accounting and inventory accounting concepts
