Plant 1-Paste Mixing Operator, 1st Shift, M-F, 5:45am-2:20pm

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Complete equipment set-up/changeover configurations
• Paste quality plates/grids to current production standards
• Observe pasting operation and clear jams as required
• Maintain control of product quality
• Made necessary machine adjustments

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to do basic math.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the local language.
• Possess a valid forklift driver's license.

General Job Requirements

• Able to frequently bend; twist; reach; stoop; kneel or crouch.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds/23 kilos on a daily continuous basis.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Wear required Personal Protective Equipment in the proper manner at all times.
• Wear respirator and willing to work varying schedules which may include nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Exposure to harmful materials such as lead/fiberglass products.
