About the role

The Planning & Scheduling Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient resource allocation and providing strategic insights to operational leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with Operational team to understand current and future workforce needs and create project staffing plans.
  • Sets up team members for projects based on the staffing plan.
  • Communicates changes in work assignments to affected individuals and other relevant team members.
  • Alerts Operational Leaders if staffing plans cannot be met on the required timeline and assists in developing contingency plans.
  • Collaborates with Operational team to develop an overall outlook of future staffing needs.
  • Provides visibility to various stakeholders throughout the company on staffing-related information.
  • Compiles, analyzes, reviews, forecasts, and trends complex data related to the workforce and staffing.
  • Presents analysis and interpretation for Operational and business leadership to aid in the planning and decision making process.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: A high school diploma or GED
  • Experience: 2-4 years progressive administrative/field experience in the Operations or Construction field
  • Education: An Associate's degree
  • Experience: 6 months-1 year progressive administrative/field experience in the Operations or Construction field
Travel: 0-5% Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.

Pay

Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Schedule
