Planning & Portfolio Manager

Responsibilities
Own and manage overall portfolio health, including product vitality, lifecycle balance, profitability, and growth alignment
Lead portfolio prioritization discussions to align resources with highest-value opportunities
Establish and drive a disciplined product management review process
Oversee planning and tracking of test trials and validation activities supporting new product development and sustaining engineering
Drive visibility and accountability across cross-functional teams (R&D, engineering, operations)
Support and enhance the IBP process, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, financial targets, and product strategy
Translate portfolio and product roadmaps into actionable plans within IBP cycles
Contribute to the development and execution of the 5-year strategic plan
Align portfolio decisions with long-term business objectives and market trends
Support leadership in tracking strategy execution and performance metrics
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
4+ years of experience in portfolio management, product management, or strategic planning
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and new product development processes
Experience with cross-functional leadership in matrixed organizations
Proven ability to drive data-based decision making and prioritization
