The role
The core responsibilities of this role include:
- Maintaining high levels of customer service
- Timely oral and written communication with client representatives as well as representatives and drivers of trucking and transportation companies
Requirements
- Experience within a Dispatch or TMS to build and schedule Truckloads and/or LTL shipments based off load request sent from the TMS.
- Ability to effectively communicate via oral and written communication with Transport Carrier and Client to schedule pickups and research and resolve any issues that occur.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric team environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Six months to one year customer service experience, preferred
- Six months to one year data entry experience, preferred
- Six months to one year experience generating reports, preferred
- Six months to one year database experience, preferred
Skills
- Experience within a Dispatch or TMS to build and schedule Truckloads and/or LTL shipments based off load request sent from the TMS.
- Effective communication via oral and written communication with Transport Carrier and Client to schedule pickups and research and resolve any issues that occur.

Pay
$23.25 per hour. AM Shift Weekend differential of $1.00/HR for Saturday and Sunday shifts worked.
Schedule
(WHS) 6:30am–;2:30m, Monday-Friday
