Responsibilities
- Check daily for new Service Requests (SRs, MSRs) or Work Orders in Design Manager; contact customers to clarify scope, timeline, and specifications.
- Analyze existing notifications/SRs to identify overlaps with nearby structures using cGIS; determine if work should be assigned to Planners or Field Techs based on standard guidelines.
- Assign work to the most appropriate resource in Design Manager; bundle for Field Techs; update Planner folder in SharePoint.
- Verify new service requests, work orders, and contact customers to clarify scope, timeline, and specifications daily.
- Analyze scope of work to appropriately assign to planners or field planning technicians in Design Manager and update information in SharePoint.
- Review work order management data and weekly project status reports for completeness and accuracy, making updates and corrections as necessary, including tracking projects with appropriate system tools.
- Interface with Planners and Field Techs to ensure project status is up-to-date and accurate, including providing a report to leadership on progress.
- Review and validate work order completion.
- Set-up and administer SharePoint sites to organize, share, and protect information, including maintaining all vital reports and updates to leaders.
- Maintain a safety-conscious work environment.
Requirements
- Analytical experience using Microsoft Excel to perform advanced functions such as VLOOKUP's, pivot tables, filtering/sorting, charts and graphing.
- Experience working with scheduling software.
Qualifications
- Experience using data visualization tools to support efficient planning.
- Experience working in the electric utility industry.
- Experience with SAP.
- Experience with project management support.
- Experience with customer service.
Benefits
This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Employees are required to work and reside in the state of California. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
Pay
The pay range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
Schedule
The schedule for this role is 40 hours per week, 5 days a week.
