About the Role
We're growing, and we're looking for two planners to grow with us.
Location: Remote or hybrid; occasional in-person collaboration expected as the team grows, with the eventual expectation of periodic time together in Memphis or a future Midwest branch office.
Responsibilities
- Lead components of comprehensive plans, code updates, and process improvement engagements from research through delivery

- Facilitate client and stakeholder conversations
- Support training, coaching, and change management with client staff
- Mentor Associate I hires and help build repeatable methodology as the firm scales
Requirements
- 4+ years in planning, land use, or municipal/regulatory consulting
