This position is located in Altoona, PA.
About the Role
The purpose of this position is to provide assistance to the Materials team. The addition of this position will allow the Planners and Senior planners the time necessary to complete additional work required to close the many gaps faced in the current supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Cycle counts
- Reconciliation of variances
- Kanban resizing – quarterly or as needed
- Proper material identification to include locations
- Daily Kanban Audits
- Monthly Kamishibai Audits and follow-ups
- Review Naughty Rack daily
- Manage excess at Veeder and WARD
- Medius errors follow-up
- Follow up on Late releases
