Planning and Communication Analyst

About the Role
The Planning and Communication Analyst supports the Employer & Individual Technology leadership team by providing strategic planning, communication, and business enablement expertise. This role ensures clarity, alignment, and execution of key initiatives while serving as a bridge between business operations, executive communications, and technology adoption. The position plays an important role in advancing AI transformation, enabling productivity tools, and supporting strategic technology priorities across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate month-end reporting, including synthesizing inputs and preparing executive materials
- Lead internal and external communication strategies, including Town Halls, newsletters, and executive social media content
- Support business planning, goal development, and progress reporting aligned with enterprise priorities
- Maintain visibility into programs, initiatives, and deadlines while highlighting risks and key decision points
- Plan and execute leadership meetings and strategic working sessions, including preparation of materials and follow-up actions
- Integrate AI transformation initiatives with business enablement and executive communications
- Maintain technology and AI tracking systems to ensure accurate and leadership-ready information
- Lead AI and Copilot enablement sessions and monitor adoption metrics
- Use generative AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance executive communications
- Evaluate emerging AI and technology trends to inform innovation and operational frameworks
- Aggregate accomplishments, business value, and progress updates for leadership forums
- Manage communications backlogs and prioritize future topics and messaging needs
- Serve as portfolio manager for select strategic initiatives, tracking dependencies, risks, and progress
- Design and deploy responsible AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy, communications, business operations, Chief of Staff, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience supporting senior executives, including the ability to provide original writing samples
- At least 2 years of experience translating complex information into executive-level insights and compelling narratives
- Strong strategic planning, communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with senior stakeholders
