Planning Administrator
About the role
The Planning Administrator supports high-impact operations by optimizing resources and ensuring the smooth, timely movement of goods across CRST's supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate on-site services and resolve process and data issues for services provided.
- Represent the business interests of clients by providing and ensuring prompt and accurate services for their inventory, orders, and shipments while in CRST’s care.
- Maintain and update systems for customer review in a timely and accurate manner.
- Act as a liaison between CRST members and clients, facilitating communication and collaboration.
Requirements
- A four-year degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience with a demonstrated track record of success.
- Effective performance in a fast-paced environment.
- Complex problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Judgment and decision-making abilities.

Pay
The full starting salary range is $45,130 - $54,000, with a bi-weekly pay schedule. The final amount is dependent on factors including prior relevant experience, knowledge, and location. Additional details will be discussed with qualified candidates during the interview process.
Schedule
The job schedule is Monday through Friday from 10:30 AM EST to 7:30 PM EST.
