We are seeking Planners and Senior Planners to join our talented, friendly and expert team as demand continues to grow for our services. These roles offer the opportunity to work on major residential and commercial projects in the south and nationwide for a rich variety of clients.

• Appeal win for 16 homes to allow restoration of historic mill near Bournemouth
• Full planning permission for £10m regeneration of five star hotel in Salisbury
• Approval for 48 homes and a new village hall in Purbeck, Dorset
• Planning support for project for 40 affordable homes on former bingo hall site in Bournemouth town centre

Location

Our business is based in the vibrant seaside town of Bournemouth. As well as its own seven miles of sandy beaches, the resort is lucky to have the world famous Jurassic Coast on its doorstep to the west and the New Forest National Park just a few miles away to the east. There is also a direct rail link into London's Waterloo station.

Requirements

• MRTPI planners (or working towards it)
• Two years of experience – we may make an exception for the right candidate
• Keen to progress your career at a leading planning consultancy with exciting growth ambitions for the future
