• Reporting to the group Manager, you will manage the creation, maintenance and progress of project schedules using Primavera P6
• Preparation of monthly reports for construction projects, comparing the baseline approved schedule to the progress schedule, including the critical path method, resource loading, cost loading, workforce, submittals, projections of impacts, and recovery plans.
• Supporting all technologies and working with several working teams to guide project success through the entire life cycle.
• Developing accurate schedules, coordinating diverse meetings, and reporting to management for an impressive portfolio of projects.

You will work directly with the Project Originators, Developers, Engineers, Early Stage Managers and Construction Managers supporting the development, engineering, and construction of all energy technologies. Examples of projects include but are not limited to those on Wind, Solar, Energy Storage, Transmission Lines, Substations, Pipelines, Combine Cycles, etc.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, Business Management or similar field.
• Team player. Ability to work with all project participants to gather scope, logistics, and constraints to be included within the plan and schedule. Maintain a positive attitude and develop strong working relationships with all team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Schedule and lead Review Meetings with all project participants and to coordinate requirements to ensure resources are focused on the right project activities.
• 3+ years of Scheduling experience is desired. Alternatively, 4+ years of Project Management experience, with the candidate tracking project plans against schedule baselines and performing ad-hoc analyses.

Pay

The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $47.00 - $52.00 hour.
