What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Create, develop, and maintain detailed resource-loaded schedules following best practices
- Conduct schedule analysis and create related reports as requested
- Perform schedule health-checks/audits and impact analyses for risk and change management
- Support proposal-related efforts, including WBS and schedule development
- Provide guidance to junior team members and conduct training on schedule management
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in management, business, engineering, or science, or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Typically five or more years of experience in schedule management or project management
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies and processes
- Familiarity with industry best practices in scheduling management
- Professional demeanor and behavior in all forms of communication
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience using scheduling management software such as Primavera P6
- Background in the nuclear, commercial construction, federal defense, or federal energy industries
