About the Role
Reporting to the Sr GL Production Planning & Change, this highly demanding role requires assertiveness, self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. You will collaborate in a high-visibility capacity with Sales, Operations, Materials, and Service stakeholders to support the creation and fluidity of the plant build schedule and provide input to the SIOP.

Responsibilities
- Ensure launch is controlled accurately in line with key component availability.
- Actively contribute to the development and support of material planning processes, benchmark against best practices, and review ways to make continuous improvements.
- Reduce and maintain POF misses.
- Ensure appropriate processes and systems are implemented to effectively manage routine tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar production control environment.
- Strong Excel and data management skills, with a sound knowledge of SAP.
- 2 years of forecasting experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4-year degree in supply chain management or a related field.
- 2 years’ experience supporting international logistics.
- 1-2 years’ experience supervising floor activities.

- Comfortable working in an in-person office environment; technical competence is a plus.
- Customer service-oriented, flexible, and high-energy.
- Excellent follow-through skills.
- Professional, polished, and sophisticated demeanor; comfortable in most social settings.
