About the role

Located in St. Paul, this full‑time position offers a hybrid schedule with telework eligibility. The incumbent will work day shift, Monday‑Friday, and is expected to arrange telework with their supervisor as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional planning analysis and leadership for the Office of Transportation System Management.
• Formulate new policies, performance measures, and major investment strategies for the 20‑year State Highway Investment Plan (MnSHIP), the 10‑year Capital Highway Investment Plan (CHIP), the State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP), and related planning studies, capital programs, and performance reports.
